Cognive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Bio
Struggling with stress, anxiety, or unhelpful habits? Let's work together to find clarity and calm. I'm Chris, a Brighton-based Integrated Therapist offering evidence-based, jargon-free support for individuals facing challenges like stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, and motivation issues. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the next steps, I'm here to help you navigate through. I am also a boxing and martial arts coach, as well as a keen 'perpetual beginner' at a number of other sports and activities, including skiing, paddleboarding, surfing, weight lifting and ballroom dancing. As such, I am always keen to work with athletes on their sporting performance as well as building their mental health and resilience. I am also a founder of Resilient Minds Training - a company we created to ensure real, genuine and effective mental health support and training was available to businesses and our communities. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness practice, and Compassion-focused techniques. Together, we'll tailor strategies to your unique needs, focusing on emotional regulation, core values and goal-setting, problem-solving skills, assertiveness and mindfulness training.
